臺灣自行車產業標竿企業績效評估:隨機前緣成本分析之應用

Executive Council Sports Committee points out the scope of the sports industry which should focus on sports-related economic activities. Besides sports-related services, it should include bicycle manufacturing, golf equipment manufacturing, and fitness equipment. Among them, the industry of sports bicycle has the highest value of output and it is the most international competitiveness. The statistics from the website of the Taiwan Vehicle Industry Association show that the exports value of bicycle was over N.T.60 billion in 2015.According to the statistics of the Industrial and Commercial Census of the Republic of China on the statistical information network of the Republic of China in 2011, there are 125 bicycle manufacturers which employe 7,990 employees and 1,415 suppliers which employe 24,238 employees in the surrounding supply industry. The bicycle industry chain's annual operating income totaled N.T. dollars 152.4 billion, surpassing the domestic motor industry's amount,N.T.$ 111.8 billion. Therefore, using the sample of panel-data style and the economic theory to study the economics of the bicycle industry and the empirical analysis of Cobb-Douglas and Translog model can provide the estimation of benchmark enterprise reference for data necessarily and business management, and better implement the real value of the development of the sports industry.
