The solution of the aging society- Construction of Time Banks system of older adult Abstract Background: Along with the booming of Sharing Economy, the concept of “Time Banks” has been transformed into a service-oriented model, which would benefit the aging society services and broaden the service coverage, this is also an innovative idea applied in most of developed countries. Methods: The study adopted a Document Analysis methodology to focus on the worldwide application of the connection between Time Banks and the older adults, simultaneously we collected and analyzed surveys with field interview to understand the current situation of other countries. We used the in-depth interviews and focuses group interviews. Further, the project used Delphi Technique to draft the questionnaire for local Time Banks usage survey to find the key success factors. Results: After the focus group and in-depth interviews, two rounds of Delphi Technique expert questionnaire survey, the project proposed to construct five-time plane banking system (1) Time Banks system survey, (2) Chinese culture, (3) community service with health, (4) policy dilemmas, (5) successful definition, a total of 35 questions. Conclusions: The project has constructed a preliminary questionnaire for the Time Banks, and hopes to provide a stable reference indicator for Taiwan's development Time Banks system in the future.
