Description
The “Formosa Incident” was a far-reaching political case in the late period of martial law in Taiwan. This event was filled with many traces of being framed. Therefore, in the study of these political cases, researchers should be very careful, so as not to mislead the direction of research. Even if the use of the litigants oral information, it is not easy to find the truth because of human defense instinct, oblivion and psychological factors. The purpose of this project is to organize the Framed Structure of "Formosa Incident" to major defendants of the “Formosa Military Trial” as the research focus, and to analyze the rule mind of Kuomintang government, reactionary rhetoric and how to establish the power mechanism. Finally, in order to help promote “Transitional Justice”, I hope to explore the “Taiwan model” of the “White Terror” Framed Structure.
