Description
Based on the ongoing research outcomes, the purpose of this study is to develop the structured e-mentoring learning model to further cultivate students’ competencies of training program design. After understanding and defining the content of e-mentoring, workplace-oriented approach will be employed in this research. For fulfilling the purpose, the study will adopt team teaching approach consisting of human resource professors and professionals. In experimental process, HR professionals will be invited to conduct structured e-mentoring program by being the mentor during the course. Therefore, the anticipated outcome of this research will be contributed to establish a model linking with school and workplace. This research process will be started with literature review to confirm the structured e-mentoring theory in planning and implementing. By consulting experts, the instructional material and experimental design will be determined. Then, processing the instructional experiment with the pretest and posttest for testing and modifying the structured e-mentoring model in cultivating the competencies of training program design is needed. After, comparing of learning effect between experimental and control group to collect the information is the next step. In the end, a refined and suitable training model for HR academic and practical fields will be proposed based on research results.
