Description

Introduction: Domestic children and adolescents have high rates of obesity and low rates of participation in sports, which have a negative impact on children's physical and mental health. Therefore, developing regular exercise habits is an important research topic. Wearable sports watch combined with physical activity self-management strategy, through the goal setting and behavior monitoring, can effectively enhance the amount of physical activity and increase children's physical fitness capacity. The purpose of this study is to use wearable sports watch to explore the performance of primary and secondary school children in physical activity and physical fitness under different staging strategies of sports table. This study was divided into two years. The first year used wearable sports watches to recruit 200 junior high schoolchildren (experimental group: 50 boys and 50 girls; general group: 50 boys and 50 girls) Group measurements were taken during the 12 weeks of the week with information on the number of steps in physical activity, weekends and physical education, MVPA time and stride frequency (exercise intensity), so as to understand the effects of physical activity and body mass index As the second year to establish the age and other physical activity based on the amount of; the following year to recruit 150 primary and secondary school students (75 students, 75 middle school students, average male and female students) as the research object, wearable sports table staging strategy synchronization Captures daily physical activity and fitness data at different ages. The results of this study provide a snapshot of the current physical activity of children and adolescents in the country and the use of affordable wearable sports watches to develop students' dynamic lifestyles. Results: (1)The physical activity of elementary school students were significantly higher than the junior high students (p<.05). (2) The amount of physical activity with physical education during the week was significantly higher than that during the week without physical education and weekends (F=12.286, p <.05). (3) In the elementary school students group, the 12-week wearable fitness watch strategy could not only effectively promote the physical activity intensity of elementary school students to increase with the stage strategy, achieving significant differences, but also significantly improved daily walking steps and MVPA accumulation time. (4) The body mass index was significantly improved in experimental group post test, reaching statistically significant differences. (p < .05). Conclusions: Wearable fitness watch intervene can help to promote physical fitness performance and improving undesirable BMI conditions. Through the wearable fitness watch strategy intervention accurately understand and effectively enhance the intensity of physical activity of schoolchildren. Consequently, wearable fitness watch is worth to be promoted as the tool of enhancing personal physical activity.
