科普活動：第五屆台北科學日計畫（主題三）

Starting from 2015, this year the 5th “Science Taipei having FUN!” took place on 25th, May, 2019 hold in Guan-Guam campus of National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU). The slogan was chosen as brilliant element/shining Taipei to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Periodic Table. We acknowledge the full supports from Minster of Science and Technology and Department of Education of Taipei City Government to this popular science event. Citizens, teachers and students enjoy the science activities in this big event in Taipei city. Due to the popularity, the 5th “Science Taipei having FUN!” with around 100 booths are expected to have over 20000 people joining and we invite more scholars and volunteers than before to support the activities. Colleagues of College of Science of NTNU have shown a great responsibility in promoting the public Science learning. The Hands-on and DIY experiments shown in the Science Fare help students not only to learn science, but also promote the public scientific literacy. In addition, we contribute to the opening ceremony and closing ceremony with nice science booths of popular science train activity held in Taipei Railway Station. We organized Science camp for school students in mountain area by developing scientific contents and training undergraduate students.
