This study combines the traditional wisdom of indigenous peoples, disaster memory and modern disaster prevention science and technology with the theory of social ecological system to explore the construction of resilient tribes in three aspects: nature, society and economy. The research base is the Wulai and Fushan tribes in Wulai District, New Taipei City. The two tribes have related but different contexts in history, geography, and socioeconomic development. We have used relevant literature, oral history, and tribal Tribal interviews, a total of 28 tribal residents or respondents with status in the public sector were interviewed. After interviews, we established the tribal resilience of the Wulai tribe and the Fushan tribe. First of all, the resilience of the Wulai tribe. According to our research results, there are a total of the following important factors, including the importance of the leadership of the district government and the construction of the Atayal Cultural Village. , the practice of traditional skills, and the construction of aboriginal business districts; the resilience of the Fushan tribe has the following important aspects, namely emphasizing the importance of social organizations, the important role of traditional ecological knowledge, and the importance of the public sector. The tribal residents hope that through the above three All aspects are jointly organized into the tribal resilience of the Fushan Tribe, which drives the tribe's progress and development. As for the comparison of the resilience of the two tribes, first of all, the two tribes emphasize the tribe as the main industry, but the Wulai tribe emphasizes culture, while the Fushan tribe emphasizes eco-tourism, and the traditional knowledge of the aborigines also plays an important role in the resilience of the two tribes. ; In terms of social organization, the resilience of the Wulai tribe emphasizes the horizontal connection between organizations, while the Fushan tribe needs to establish a new organization. Reasonable, however, the Wulai tribe believes that flexibility should be established under the legal framework and cultural villages should be established; the Fushan tribe believes that local governance organizations should be established to implement true aboriginal autonomy.
