In recent years, Taiwan has experienced a phenomenon of "gap in learning," "supply and demand imbalance," "industrial talent fault "because of rapid technological progress, industrial restructuring, over-expansion of higher education and less population and aging of the population structure, and then it is linked to the impact development of industry and economy. Therefore, it is an important issue to face the cultivation of talent about how to break through the dilemma, to make everyone "learn to use", "appropriate, suitable, applicable". According to the literature, the country is also actively to cultivate industrial special talents in order to cope with the problem of talent shortage. This study is based on a new mode of cooperation between industry and academia program, it's named Enterprise Scholarships Student program in Department of Industry Special Needs. The Ministry of Education agreed to the Department of enrollment in the 105 academic years. In response to the corporate award program, the research will develop its theoretical knowledge curriculum, internship programs, evaluation methods and periodic follow-up. This study is to be triennial years for the study period were: The first year objective: A. Planning university professional courses for the enterprise scholarships student program. B. Planning enterprise training courses for the enterprise scholarships student program. C. Developing award selection mechanism for the enterprise scholarships student program. D. Developing evaluation indicators of planning achievements The second year objective: A. To investigate the implementation of professional courses in university (site planning, teacher deployment, equipment, teaching materials. B. To investigate the implementation of enterprise training courses (Site planning, master arrangements, rotation mechanism, equipment and equipment needs, teaching materials, counseling mechanism, assessment mechanism). C. To revise contents of university professional courses and enterprise training courses. D. To assistant in the course selection of enterprise Scholarships Students for their individual needs. The third year objective: A. Revised contents of university professional courses and enterprise professional courses. B. Investigate the satisfaction degree of students 'and enterprises' learning outcomes. C. Investigate the effectiveness of the overall enterprise scholarships student program.
