Based to the collecting data from the Plumbing Association of Taiwan and in-depth interview, this project discovered that Taiwan government merely focused on the R & D technology to help the development of Water Ware industries till now. Although a few research institutions tried to provide some standard information platforms for Water Ware industries, the systems are incompatible and the cost is too high to replace the original systems for some Water Ware enterprises. Thus, all team members in this project tried to solve the critical problem of Water Ware industries based on the professional knowledge and skills. By building the supply chains information platform based on the integration of supply chains and compatible interface with original systems, we will collect a lot of data from this information systems and use the technique on analysis of big data and the building of economic models to feedback the real time dynamic information to Water Ware industries, realize and predict the demand of brand suppliers and end-customers and make an adaptive strategy. Finally, to increase the industrial performance and national competition of Taiwan Water Ware industries.
