文化科技創新為基礎促進地方特色文創產業繁榮發展策略之研究-以台灣城鄉永續發展為例

Since the 21th century, technological innovation and cultural & Creative both play the engine to promote the civilization and economic development in knowledge economy. In the meanwhile, the rise of Global Capitalism and the Urban Economy not only causes the problems about imbalance between urban and rural development and wealth gap, but also the social sustainable development issues addressed by the contemporary nations. At the same time, following the rise of 21th century cultural and creative industries, the township-based and community-based cultural and creative assets have the potentials on creating experience economy based on the perspectives about creativity R&D and brand marketing. Following the rapid spread of the global Internet and communications technology, integration of digital content from the cloud technology development have become more important. Local cultural tourism resources can be effectively used by integrated marketing communication channel through Internet, promote the development of both the characteristics of localization and local tourism, and the interactive digital platform with educational learning and cultural industry development features. It is the key factor in local sustainable development to establish integrated cultural technology such as: big data analysis, AR/VR/MR and cloud museum take to develop a successful business model. This study is to identify the relevant policies and mechanisms and the suitable business mode for effective economic growth by exploring the current social and economic problems faced by Taiwan, and in-depth studying successful models of competing cloud technology combined with the information to promote local tourism and cultural industry development in Europe and America, Japan and other advanced countries and the Asia-Pacific countries. By a cross-country comparison analysis, to identify the most appropriate priority to the development of Taiwan's local culture innovative digital content and cultural and creative industries and provide concrete proposals. This study provides important reference to relevant policies how to integrate cloud in the country to develop cultural information, tourism and development of an integrated information source cloud museums for Taiwan and contributes to the government authorities in order to facilitate the integration of industrial development strategy for sustainable development of local cultural and creative industries and cultural sightseeing.
