Description

Math Alliance's operational plan can be viewed in four ways to increase economic and industrial value, based on the results of the previous year's program. First, Math Alliance should facilitate the connection between mathematics education and industry. To invite Alliance companies to participate, a number of large-scale educational events will be planned and organized. These events will strengthen the link between industry and mathematics education, enabling participants to comprehend the educational services offered by the vendors. Through these opportunities for physical interaction with the target groups, vendors will be able to precisely determine their needs for product refinement and generate affiliate revenue through physical events. Second, it is essential that the public sector and Alliance companies work together to promote mathematics education. The Alliance vendor undertakes public sector projects as a vital link between the public sector and vendors. This year, the Alliance collaborated with the Department of Education from the Taoyuan City Government to co-organize a 1,000-person event. Additionally, the Alliance successfully connected BenQ with Numeracy Lab by assisting enterprises in the sales of active products to promote and enhance their corporate image. Thirdly, Math Alliance should utilize its core technology to assist companies in developing new products and entering the actual teaching field. Math Alliance collaborates with educators to aid members in the creation of lesson plans for corresponding products. After the lesson plans have been finalized, they will be entered into the teaching site so that students have access to a variety of teaching materials and can add value to existing products. Fourth, Math Alliance should continue to promote industry-academic collaboration and the application of enterprise technology in higher education. Math Alliance and Foxconn Technology Group have promoted the "AI Curriculum Project for High Schools," entrusting the Alliance to design the high school curriculum by combining the enterprises' core technologies, products, and new curriculum in order to introduce enterprise resources to the schools. This academic year, the Alliance has served numerous schools by providing elective courses and micro-courses as a bridge between the two sectors.
