The development of technology changes rapidly, and it innovates for the applications in education. In order to maintain the development of the national economy and competitiveness, all countries have been investing in the projects of education technology. In the recent years, our government has promoted the industry of digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR. Because the techniques are desperate to innovate, thereafter the hardware devices have gradually got matured. However, it is limited to apply digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR in school classrooms. The main problem lies in the problem regarding the integration of “digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR” and the instructional contents. The mechanism lacks a rapid response to providing the latest “digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR” and adjust the educational technology according to learners’ learning behavior. Therefore, how to integrate “digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR” and instructional design is an urgent problem to solve. With regard to educational technology, how to design the words and graphics to exert the characteristics of personalization, adaptiveness, and the like, for readability and learning effectiveness, and how to design more active and various 3D intelligent educational tools to ensure students and teachers have more acceptance and access, have become the challenges for the developer of digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR. Particularly while the Flipped-Classroom model has gradually prevailing in education, the development of “digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR” is urgently in need. All in all highlights the significance of this project which is expected to contribute to resolving the above problems. The purposes of this project have three folds. One is to have the applicant exert his research strength, experience, skills, and his databases to assist members analyzing and developing “digital leaning tools, AR/VR/MR” Another is to assist the industry developing what learning products are needed in the classroom settings. At the same time, through the facilitation and the development of the needed professionals provided by the industry-university alliance, the industry would be able to acquire the related knowledge, skills, and human resources, helping the industry make more efforts on the core techniques, promoting the key techniques transformed into the added value, and intensifying the research and development in Taiwan. The implement of this project can expand the application and promotion of research findings and resolve the problems about the key techniques and the needed professionals. At the same time, the project can provide the industry with systematic and international resources in education technology and assist the Taiwanese industry to transform. Through the research and development of their products, knowledge service and management promotion, it is expected that the industry will be able to conduct research and development of their products, to better manage their organizations, and to facilitate the development of educational equipment industry in Taiwan.
