教育研究與實務夥伴關係探究：以弱勢者教育為例

Despite the fact that domestic academic education research is booming and its international academic performance is getting better and better, its impact on educational practice seems to be quite disappointing. Research results are rarely beneficial to the improvement of educational policy or school practice. The core value of educational research deeply questioned. Due to the increasing emphasis on evidence-based education policy and practice, the researcher selected Research Practice Partnership as the focus of the research. Disadvantaged education research was chosen as the case for study. Research purposes are as follows: 1. Understand how the research findings about disadvantaged education is comprehended and utilized by schools and the factors affected its utilization.2. Explore the feasibility and strategies for establishing the research practice partnership in education. The research methods used include literature review and focus group interview. Eight focus group interviews in north, central, south, and east Taiwan were conducted. A total of 41 primary and secondary school principals with master degree or above were invited for participation. The interview results were transcribed and analyzed. Suggestions for improving research practice partnership are provided.
