Human being defines the meaning of time, and then our time perspective dominates our destiny. The continuity and balance of time perspective closely influence the adaptation and development of each individual. This is a two-year program which based on mixed design to collect data. The first year focuses on the development of the Chinese version of the time perspective inventory which provides a valid,reliable individual differences metric. For the purpose to understand the time perspective of our domestic university students. We also adopted the Deviation from a Balanced Time Perspective (DBTP) to operate the balanced time perspective. And to explore the relationship between the Balanced Time Perspectives (BTP) and various test results. For the following year, we focused on our first year study results to design and assess the time perspective coaching intervention program that matches with the physical and psychological characteristics of university students. In the end, the two-year study results will be discussed,and Time Perspective Profile Diagnostics Inventory (TPPDI) and educational guidance will also be demonstrated. We found that the emerging research can bring up new thought for education and counseling practice, help university students to build up a higher self-awareness, maintain self-consciousness and flexibility, and expand their time horizons or even reset their psychological time perspective. In the world of chaos and a limited lifetime, the pursuit of a better physical and mental health could give us a more harmonious social relationship、higher subjective well-being and a promising future.
