Researchers have now successively completed the Cross-media publishing platform for learning content - A Case Study in printed educational applications (106-2622-S-003-001-CC2) of the Ministry of science and technology grant cooperative education project, found that the current mobile learning materials rare for the special subject, and the information of the learning materials are not coherent, which makes it difficult to memorize, and it is difficult to learn as a whole. At the same time, science and technology also change the essence of printing professional competencies, it is the biggest problem that students of technical and vocational education in Taiwan cannot effectively link with industry. So how to help students through the learning materials have the ability to learn and reduce the gap between the industries are the most important issue for the educators. For this reason, the study will follow the previous development of a set of industrial competencies -oriented printing professional course, the use of mobile learning app to aided learning approach to teaching experiments to enhance the students printing professional competencies in design department in technical senior high school to reduce the gap between the industries. This study will used semi-experimental to disscuss the learning effect of mobile learning app of printing professional course, and investigate the effectiveness of printing professional competencies and the relationship between the student’s learning self-efficacy, self-regulation learning and willingness to use. The results of the study show that mobile learning app has certain learning effect on the professional competencies of printing, and the relationship between the student’s learning self-efficacy, self-regulation learning and willingness to use are considers that the content of app can help them to study, it’s also have using necessary, and it has a certain learning effect. As a whole, this study use of printing professional course mobile learning app to aided learning to enhance the design department in technical senior high school students printing professional competencies, it has a certain applicable.
