Project Details
Description
This project takes stock of the needs of the early childhood education industry, early childhood education teachers, parents, and students for the hands-on STEAM curriculum for young children. In the first year, we collaborated with the ELITE Interanion Educational Group to establish an 8-unit preschool STEAM hands-on curriculum on the ADDIE curriculum development model, introduced to kindergartens for teaching experiments. The experimental results found that children's creativity and hands-on ability had sound and significant effects. The STEAM curriculum developed in this project is suitable for use in kindergartens. In the second year, we will continue to build a preschool STEAM curriculum based on the research results of the first year and provide training courses and implementation methods for early childhood education teachers to enhance their professionalism. In addition, we will cooperate with the Early Childhood Education Development Association to promote the STEAM curriculum and teacher training activities for young children.
