Because sugar intake is closely related to national health, the introduction of the "Food" in "Real Science" course with the theme of "starch, sugar and nutrition" is not only applicable to the interdisciplinary and cross-domain courses in the 108 new curriculum At the same time, it is positive for young students to develop good living habits, and it is also of great significance to the future development of the country. The implementation of the curriculum is mainly for junior high school students. Physical and chemical courses and health education courses are also implemented. Senior high school students can also carry out. In addition to related curriculum planning and design, lesson plans and the curriculum have been developed.
