We collect data from different government agencies, including remote scened data, 2009 digital landuse data, soil data in this year. Through analyzing and interpreting these data we produce the layer of vegetation coverage and water storage capacity. At the same time, we use arcgis databsase to manage and analyze the files efficiently. Dividing Datu tableland to ninty sub-hydrological and ecological areas makes the distribution of the changing of landuse meaningful. It indicates landscape effects hydrological index and the result shows that the relationship of the ecological index of evengreen forest and potential maximum retention amount. This study also discovers there is the highest correlation of spearman in PLAND of evengreen landscape. The amount of S/m2 grows along the increase of area of evengreen landscape. We can considerate the largest area of evengreen landscape first.Then we considerate the LPI of evengreen. Third , it can be done to plan enough park sites. Fourth, we can let the outline artificial construction more complex to have better capacity of S.
