地方學發展與社區大學地方學學程建構之研究

Taiwanese community universities’ advocacy of citizen society and the emancipation of knowledge has led to a huge impact on the process of knowledge construction and community movement regarding Taiwanese localogy since the establishment of community universities in 1998. Nevertheless, obstacles concerning the construction of localogy programs via community universities exist while examined from the perspective of knowledge or actions. Therefore, it requires the cooperation between theorists and practitioners who are willing to show their concern for adult education and the development of community universities. This research explores the developmental foundation and process of localogy via community universities; also, it examines the theoretic framework and the intrinsic value of practice through the exploration of the construction of localogy programs. First of all, it scrutinizes the historical context and current development of community universities and localogy; secondly, it analyzes the knowledge context of localogy and its feasibility and practice via community universities. In conclusion, the purposes of this research are as follows: 1. An exploration of relevant theories and intrinsic values of localogy. 2. An analysis of the historical context and interior progress of localogy via community universities. 3. An analysis of the mutual influences and interactive relationships between localogy and community universities. 4. An exploration of the structure and intrinsic value of localogy programs via community universities from the perspective of local knowledge and theories of localogy. 5. A suggestion for the strategies of practice or feasible patterns of the construction of localogy programs via community universities. To reach the research purpose, the research sets a three-stage plan inclusive of document analysis method, focus group method, and case study method. At last, this research will provide in-depth analysis and relevant suggestion based on the result of the research. According to the results, we proposed as follows: (1) theories and intrinsic values of localogy ; (2) Structures of localogy programs in the community university ; (3)Contexts and procedures of the programs of localogy in the community universities ; (4)The strategies, difficulties and solutions of localogy program in the community universities.
