Description
Following the purpose of the integrated plan to set up a nuclear related information communication model that is appropriate and validated by social science, this project develops narrative content based on the goal of Atomic Energy Council (AEC), which is to protect the public health and safety from nuclear materials and facilities, as well as sustainable development of nuclear technology for people’s livelihood. Accordingly, based on the data collection and analysis result from the in “the integrated project by analyzing the multi-media narrative effects to promote civil participation in nuclear public issues”, this sub project intent to conceive visual content for public communication with style of motion graphics to produce moving images. The correct information content and attractive visual presentation will be pursued for the best. This project will first explore the method and practice for the production of nuclear information content with motion graphics. Through the workflow such as data collection, concept setup with words, style frames setup, this project will accomplish moving images production of nuclear information. Audiences’cognition and affection will be collected with focus group method. The intellectual properties such as characters and world design, as well as the visual style and elements, that created during the production, can be accumulated and applied for further build up the positive reputation of AEC. It is the intention to construct information production and feedback mode with multi-media for the public institute to continuously provide content for communication.
