This project will conduct in-depth research on various characteristics of pneumatic valves, and will combine automated sensing on this basis. And control technology, develop a set of intelligent air valve automatic detection system with high efficiency, practicability, energy saving and environmental protection, and good network expansion. The research and development of this detection system is very important for the production yield and performance testing of the cooperative manufacturer's pneumatic valve. value. The work of this project mainly consists of three parts. Firstly, based on the international standard of pneumatic valve and the custom test specification of industry-university cooperation manufacturer, the overall design scheme of air valve test flow planning and comprehensive performance automatic detection system is proposed. Then, according to the detection requirements of the gas valve, the graphic control software is combined with the embedded computer to perform the pneumatic solenoid valve control, data acquisition and analysis, and the functional design of the control program and the human-machine interface, respectively, to measure the power and dynamic response of the pneumatic valve. Frequency, starting voltage, starting pressure, manual leakage, electronic control leakage and other main characteristics for the development of detection functions, and will complete the automatic test and various valve parameter setting function design, realize intelligent automatic detection function, and will complete the air valve integration Platform implementation and real machine testing of the performance automatic detection system. In addition, since the automatic detection system of the air valve has the operating characteristics of frequent use and intermittent operation, the pipeline gas often oscillates frequently in a state of non-constant flow, so the third part of the plan will be debugged for each test procedure to complete the pressure. Optimize the control parameters of the detection system with flow rate, etc., and improve the correctness and efficiency of various types of pneumatic valve detection.
