以生態基因組探討快速分化的黃芩(Scutellaria)的適應性演化

Project: Government MinistryMinistry of Science and Technology

Project Details

Description

In this final report, two topics are represented, including the positive selection and gene duplication of the DFR gene of Scutellaria species and the climate-plant genetics-rhizosphere microbiome relationships of Scutellaria species in Taiwan, entitled “Imbalanced positive selection maintains the functional divergence of duplicated DIHYDROKAEMPFEROL 4-REDUCTASE genes” and “Lasting climate heterogeneity governs the local adaptation of plants and indirectly impacts the rhizosphere microbiome”, respectively.(Because of the limitation of word numbers, abstracts of both topics are addressed in the main text of this final report)
