This project assisted enterprises in planning and developing an Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) system tailored for long-term care institutions. Initially, stakeholder pain points and needs were identified through observational methods, in-depth interviews, and on-site assessments. Subsequently, AIoT technologies were applied to develop a monitoring and prevention system that meet the specific requirements of long-term care facilities. The integrated system was expected to address workforce shortages and enhance operational management efficiency within these institutions.
