This proposal overturns the visual-driven perspective of traditional experiential marketing and the current e-commerce market. We aim to build a thoroughly sound-oriented experience platform and create a new model of C2B virtual listening experience contents which enable users to interact, construct cognition, and make decisions with website information through listening merely. This virtual experience platform adheres to the realization of the CSR concept and is expected to benefit all visually impaired people and senior citizens in Taiwan by enabling them to construct the image of colors and appearances with hearing. To reach the sustainability of the platform, this proposal also integrates the internal and external data into a dynamic modification model and conducted concepts of business ecosystem of related industries.
